Shipping policy


At Greedy®, we are committed to ensuring that your orders are shipped promptly and securely. Please review our shipping policy to better understand how we handle shipping, delivery times, and other related matters.


 

1. Shipping Methods

 

We offer the following shipping options:

  • Standard Shipping: 3-4 business days
  • Express Shipping: Available for an additional fee, 1-2 business days



2. Shipping Rates


Shipping costs are based on the method chosen, order weight, and delivery location. Rates will be calculated at checkout.

  • Standard Shipping: Free
  • Express Shipping: $12.99



3. Processing Time


All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Orders placed after 1 PM CST on Fridays will be processed the following Monday.



4. International Shipping


We currently only ship within the United States.



5. Order Tracking


Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can use the tracking number to check the status of your shipment online.



6. Shipping Delays


While we strive to deliver orders within the estimated timeframe, certain factors beyond our control (e.g., weather, carrier delays, customs processing) may impact delivery times. If there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will notify you via email or phone.



7. Missing, Lost, or Damaged Shipments


If your order is lost or arrives damaged, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of the estimated delivery date. We will work with the carrier to investigate and, where appropriate, send a replacement or issue a refund.



8. Incorrect Shipping Information


Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate. Greedy® is not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. In such cases, customers may be responsible for additional shipping fees to resend the order.



9. P.O. Boxes & APO/FPO Addresses


We can ship to P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO addresses via standard shipping. However, delivery times may be longer for these destinations.
